Is it free to request offers?+-
Yes. Submitting a request and reviewing any offers you receive is free. You are not required to accept an offer. Payment is only requested after you choose an offer and proceed to checkout
How soon will I receive offers?+-
Schedule This Car sends your request to approved local repair shops that match your selected service, location, and requested timing. Response times and offer availability vary, and receiving an offer is not guaranteed. You can follow the status through your secure request link.
Is Schedule This Car a mobile mechanic or roadside assistance service?+-
Schedule This Car connects you with service providers for in-shop services and eligible mobile services. Mobile Tire Change is performed at your service address and covers a seasonal swap of complete wheel sets already mounted on rims. Other services may require a visit to the selected service location. This is not emergency roadside assistance. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, arrange towing or roadside assistance.
How are participating repair shops reviewed?+-
Repair shops must submit their business details for administrative review and be approved before receiving customer opportunities. Insurance, licensing, and regulated-service credentials can also be submitted and reviewed where applicable. You should still compare the shop details, timing, and pricing shown in each offer.
When will repair shops receive my contact information?+-
Your contact information stays hidden from shops while your request is being matched and while you compare offers. It is shared with the selected shop only after you choose an offer and complete checkout, so the shop can finalize your appointment details.
What happens after I choose an offer?+-
You select an offer and pay through the platform. The selected shop contacts you within 15 minutes to confirm the exact appointment time and further instructions.
What services can I request?+-
The request form shows the automotive services currently available through Schedule This Car. Select the service that matches your vehicle’s needs, enter your vehicle and location details, and choose your acceptable Same-Day or Next-Day availability. Available shops and offers depend on the selected service, location, and timing.
Can a shop pick up and return my vehicle?+-
Some service providers offer vehicle pickup and return through the Convenience Package. Any availability, price and conditions are shown in the selected offer before payment. For an in-shop service without vehicle pickup and return, you bring the vehicle to the service location. For a mobile service, the provider comes to your service address; the Convenience Package is not required.
